Tinder Charged Me for Renewal After I Canceled—No Membership, No Refund



My Tinder subscription was set to renew on February 17, so I canceled it on February 16 to avoid being charged. However, as soon as February 16 began—on the night of February 15—Tinder charged my account anyway.
Now, I don’t have an active membership, yet they still took my money for another month. I have contacted their support team multiple times, but all I get are empty responses and no solution.
Tinder, refund my money immediately! I followed the cancellation process correctly, yet I was still charged. This is misleading and unfair. If you’re going to take money early, at least provide the service paid for!
