Etsy Suspended My Account After I Paid $546 and Took My Money Twice





I opened an Etsy account today, and just a couple of hours later, it got suspended for no obvious reason. I went through all the steps they gave me and even paid about $546 through customer support, since they promised me the payment wouldn’t be taken out. But they took the money from my account, and now they're asking for that same amount again. This whole thing is really confusing and just not fair. I’d like to ask for my money back and to have my account reactivated since I’m using my real profile and have followed all the rules. I hope Etsy sorts this out quickly and gets my account back up, because this whole situation has made me wonder about how they handle things.
