I purchased Frosch dishwasher tablets, paying nearly three times the price of standard brands, expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but a disappointment. The tablets didn’t dissolve fully and came out almost intact after two washes. I had to rewash the dishes using a different detergent.
For a top-priced product, I didn’t expect such poor performance. I hope this is a production error, and I kindly request Frosch to offer a replacement, as I’ve noticed they’ve resolved similar issues for others. A quality brand should stand by its products, and I’d like my experience to reflect that.
