I purchased Frosch dishwashing tablets from Migros, only to find they were defective – the tablets had been broken into pieces and then reassembled. I sent the product to Frosch Türkiye for inspection, but they simply replied that there was “nothing wrong” with it. If that’s the case, they’re welcome to use it themselves!
It’s unfair to charge the full price for a product that’s clearly substandard. If consumers knew they were paying the same price for a defective item, no one would buy it. I’m requesting either a replacement with non-defective tablets or a full refund, as I expect better quality and transparency from both Migros and Frosch.
