Good day, my complaint is regarding Fairy dishwasher tablets. For weeks now, my dishes have been coming out cloudy and with a gritty texture, almost like fine sand. I tried everything, but nothing worked. I even called in a service technician, who confirmed there was no issue with my dishwasher. Out of curiosity, I used a different brand of tablets that I had at home, and the dishes came out clean.
I couldn’t believe it—I've been using Fairy for years and never expected a problem with the product. I still have half of the problematic package available for inspection. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience and loss I’ve experienced over the past few weeks. Thank you.
