Frontier Airlines Flight Review - Bad Service

I had a rather unpleasant experience on my recent flight, and unfortunately, Frontier Airlines' customer service did not take any steps to address their errors. Even though Frontier claims to have the lowest fare, their prices are actually higher than other airlines and their service is subpar. After including charges for every small detail, they placed me seven rows apart from my husband and insisted on an additional $50 per trip to relocate us together. In addition, they impose exorbitant fees for small bags and carry-on luggage. I had to pay an additional fee just to be seated next to my husband. The flight attendants displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Incredibly, passengers were left waiting for extended periods of time during the flight, without even being offered a beverage.
