Freecash Withdrawal Blocked Below Minimum Balance

I have been using Freecash every day and have a current balance of £9.38 in my account. When I tried to make a withdrawal over the last four days, the system did not allow me to withdraw my money and instead showed a pop-up saying that withdrawals are only unlocked once the balance reaches £20. I was not aware that my money would be locked in this way below £20 and I find this practice extremely unfair and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot withdraw the money I have already earned and that it is kept blocked behind this limit. I no longer want to use Freecash at all and I do not want to continue completing offers just to reach this limit. I request that my £9.38 balance be paid out to me immediately and that my account then be closed, so that I do not have any further connection with this platform. I ask that this issue be treated as urgent and that my withdrawal be processed without any further delay.
