Freecash Won't Let Me Withdraw My Full Balance After Reaching $25

I have been using Freecash to earn money through games, specifically Word Madness. I first downloaded the app about a month ago, then had to delete it for storage reasons. Around one to two weeks ago I reinstalled it and kept playing until I finally reached a balance of about 26 dollars, which I specifically aimed for so I could pay my phone bill. According to Freecash, I needed to reach at least 25 dollars to unlock withdrawals, which I did. However, the app now shows that around 9 dollars of my balance is pending and will only be available in 7 days, even though the total balance already appears as roughly 26. This delay was not clear to me before I invested this much time into playing, and it defeats the purpose of reaching the withdrawal threshold in the first place. I request that Freecash immediately unlock the remaining 9 dollars on my balance so that I can withdraw the full amount without waiting an extra week, as this delay is preventing me from paying my phone bill as planned.
