Freecash Restricted My PayPal Withdrawal and Withheld My Balance

I have been using Freecash and recently experienced a serious problem with my PayPal withdrawal. Around one month ago, I requested a withdrawal via PayPal, and since then my withdrawal and/or account has been permanently restricted without a clear explanation. Despite this, my balance of $296 is still showing in my Freecash account and I am unable to access or withdraw it. I contacted support regarding this situation, but the only explanation I received was a vague statement about “suspected fraud activity.” No concrete evidence, details, or clear reason was provided, even though I had previously made successful PayPal withdrawals from Freecash without any issues. This sudden permanent restriction and withholding of my funds, with only a generic fraud allegation, is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. I request that my case be reviewed in detail, that I am provided with a clear and specific explanation of the reason for the restriction, and that my remaining $296 balance is either paid out to me via PayPal or another available method, or released back to me so I can withdraw it. I expect this matter to be resolved transparently and my legitimately earned funds to be returned.
