Freecash Cashouts on Hold – Unable to Withdraw Available Amazon Balance

I have been using Freecash and currently have a balance of over $140, around $10 of which is shown as withdrawable. Today I tried to cash out the withdrawable amount as an Amazon withdrawal, but when I attempt to cash out, the system shows that cashouts are on hold and does not allow me to proceed with the withdrawal. Before this issue, I simply followed the instructions on the site and tried to provide the required details, but despite this, I still cannot cash out my balance. I see my balance clearly in my account, yet I am not given the option to receive even the withdrawable part of it. I request that my account be reviewed, the “cashouts on hold” restriction be removed, and that I be allowed to withdraw my balance (starting with the withdrawable amount) to Amazon without further delay.
