FreeBitco.in is getting more and more reports of withdrawals getting stuck, especially for FUN tokens.

Users wait days without getting their money or confirmation, and help either doesn't care or doesn't answer.

This is usually caused by broken confirmation links or items that can't be seen that are still being processed, even though tokens are being taken out of account balances.

Make sure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is turned on to try to speed things up. Accounts that don't have 2FA are said to have more delays or blocks.

When you send a support ticket through their website's contact form, be sure to include your withdrawal ID, the amount you want to withdraw, the date you want to do it, and any information about a missing confirmation link that may be important.
