On March 2, 2025, I purchased a ticket for Freebird Airlines flight FH1366, scheduled to depart from Cologne at 00:30 and arrive in Antalya. After boarding, we waited inside the aircraft for about an hour and a half due to a technical malfunction, before we were informed that the flight had been completely canceled.
Since your company was unable to arrange an alternative flight, I had to travel to Düsseldorf Airport by taxi at my own expense and purchase a new ticket with a different airline departing at 07:40 AM to Antalya. Because this was a same-day trip, the cancellation caused me to miss my scheduled appointment.
I respectfully request compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses I incurred as a result of the flight cancellation.
