On October 21, 2025, I purchased a ticket for a Freebird Airlines charter flight from Frankfurt to Antalya, scheduled for October 27, 2025, through the Ucuzabiletal app. I paid ₺2,794.55 (approximately $66.60), and my e-ticket number is 0020410351281.
The purchase appears successful, and my ticket is visible under the “My Trips” section in the Ucuzabiletal app. However, I haven’t received any confirmation email or PDF ticket. When I tried to check the PNR number on Freebird Airlines’ website, I received an error message stating “No such PNR number exists.”
When I contacted Freebird Airlines, they informed me that the ticket was purchased through an agency and that I should follow up with them directly. However, Ucuzabiletal has not provided a clear explanation regarding the invalid PNR issue, only replying with information related to check-in procedures.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I’m asking for my issue to be resolved immediately. I request that my ticket be validated and that my baggage allowance be increased as compensation for the inconvenience.
