Free Fire MAX Account Banned for Abnormal Activities After Data Transfer

I have been playing Free Fire Max and recently transferred my game data to my second phone, which is an Oppo F19s. During this process, the file named "com.dts.freefiremax" was deleted, and after that, when I tried to open my account, I saw that my ID was banned and my account was suspended with the message that there were "abnormal activities" on my account. This happened on 08/10/2025. I have never used any cheats, hacks, or third‑party illegal applications, and I only tried to move my game data between devices. I believe my account was mistakenly flagged by your system, and I am extremely disappointed to lose access to my account at this level. I kindly request that my account be carefully reviewed and that the ban be removed so that I can continue playing with my existing level and progress. I also request a clear explanation about the exact reason for the ban and whether it will be lifted.
