Garena banned my Free Fire Max account unfairly, how can I appeal the ban on it?

You can appeal the decision through Garena's official help channels if you think your Free Fire Max account was banned without a good reason.

First, go to the [Garena Free Fire Help Center](https://ffsupport.garena.com/hc/en-us) and log in with the account information that was banned.

Click on your name in the upper right part of the screen after logging in and then click "Submit a Request." Pick "Ban Appeal" as the type of request on the form. In the "Description" box, give a clear and short account of your situation and explain why you think the ban was unfair.

Once you've sent in your appeal, check your email and the "My Requests" part of the Help Centre for updates from Garena's support team. Response times can be different, so please wait during this process.

While you wait for an answer, read Garena's [Abuse Policy](https://ffsupport.garena.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412913789978-Account-Ban) to learn about the rules that players must follow. This information can help you avoid problems in the future and boost your appeal by showing that you are dedicated to fair play.
