Free Fire Max Account Banned on Oppo Phone Without Explanation

I am using the Free Fire Max game on my Oppo phone. On 27.12.2025, when I started the game, a message appeared that my account is banned and I cannot enter my ID. I do not know what rule I supposedly broke and I did not intentionally use any hack, cheat or third‑party tool. I am very upset because I used this account regularly and I cannot understand why it has been banned. I kindly request that my Free Fire Max account be checked in detail, the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and my ID be unbanned so that I can access and use my account again.
