Arçelik Refrigerator I Bought 10 Months Ago Broke Down and They Cannot Fix It

The Arçelik brand refrigerator we bought 10 months ago in Turkey has been a major disappointment. Despite the declared 35 dBA sound level, the product was working very loudly and vibrating excessively. We reported this issue to both the company and their service centers, but they dismissed it as normal without conducting any serious checks or tests. All they said was that they were too busy to perform a detailed inspection. 

Fourteen days ago, the refrigerator completely broke down. Since then, the service team has come multiple times, and replaced parts, but still hasn’t been able to fix it. Neither the brand representatives nor the service centers are competent or interested in resolving the issue. All our food has spoiled in temperatures of 30-40°C and had to be thrown away. The children and elderly in our household have been suffering for 14 days due to this situation. 

We have been victimized by the company's indifference, the poor quality of its products, and their failure to meet the specifications promised in the technical documents. The after-sales support has been equally negligent and incompetent. We deeply regret buying this brand and its products. Think twice before purchasing to avoid similar regret.
