DHL Germany Shipment Delayed for 20 Days After Customs Clearance

I am experiencing a serious delay with a shipment sent through DHL Germany, tracking number 6322906870, which is supposed to be delivered to an address in Greven, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Although we received an email on September 1 stating that the customs procedures had been completed, approximately 20 days have now passed and the shipment still has not been delivered. The tracking information still shows that documents are being awaited from the recipient.

Although the documents requested from the recipient were sent to DHL by email, we were then told that the documents needed to be sent by mail instead. However, we were not provided with a clear address where the documents should be sent. Despite repeatedly asking, “What is the address?”, we have received no response whatsoever. During this process, we also repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Ö*** A**, who was identified to us as the relevant contact person, by phone and email, but we have not received any response.

I request clear and specific information about the status of our shipment and the reason it has not been delivered, as well as a specific address and clear instructions for submitting the documents requested from the recipient. I also request that our shipment be delivered to the recipient's address in Greven as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this prolonged uncertainty and lack of communication be resolved and that the inconvenience I have experienced be addressed urgently.
