Bne Sim 5 GB eSIM Did Not Work in Cyprus

On June 22, 2026, before my flight to Cyprus, I purchased a 5 GB package through Bne Sim for use with my Vodafone line, with a validity period of 30 days. I paid $7.11 by credit card, and the transaction was reflected on my credit card statement. After the purchase, I completed all the necessary settings according to Bne Sim’s instructions.

When I arrived in Cyprus, I discovered that the service did not work. I then contacted Bne Sim, and they provided me with various troubleshooting instructions. Despite following all of the steps provided exactly as instructed, the service never worked and I was unable to access the internet. My vacation lasted a total of six days, and I was unable to use the service or access the internet at any point during those six days. I had to rely on Wi-Fi connections at my hotel and the restaurants I visited for my daily internet needs, which disrupted my plans and caused me significant inconvenience.

I do not want to pay for a service that I was completely unable to use. I request an immediate refund of the $7.11 I paid for the Bne Sim package.
