Bne Sim Charged Me $7.11 for an eSIM That Never Worked

On June 22, 2026, before my flight to Cyprus, I purchased a 5 GB eSIM package through the Bne Sim app for use in Cyprus, with a validity period of 30 days. I paid $7.11 by credit card, and the transaction was reflected on my credit card statement. After the purchase, I completed all the necessary settings exactly as instructed by the app.

When I arrived in Cyprus, I discovered that the service did not work at all. I then contacted Bne Sim, and they provided me with various technical troubleshooting instructions. Despite following every step they provided multiple times and exactly as instructed, the eSIM never worked, and I was unable to access the internet. My vacation lasted a total of six days, and I was unable to use the service or access the internet at any point during those six days. I had to rely on Wi-Fi connections at my hotel and the restaurants I visited for my daily internet needs, which disrupted my plans and caused me significant inconvenience.

I do not want to pay for a service that I was unable to use in any way. I request an immediate refund of the $7.11 I paid for the package purchased through my account ending in 5603***19, as I was unable to receive the service I paid for.
