My Franke induction cooktop isn't working, even though nothing happened to it. During the summer, we were at our country house, and when we got back, the cooktop just doesn't work. It was off for at least 3 months, and now it won't turn on automatically. When I called customer support, they basically told me to pay for a service call and have a technician come over, without offering any help. In the past, the repair service for my refrigerator and cooktop did some foolish things and charged a hefty fee for it.
