FragranceNet.com Sent Wrong Perfume Order

I've been a dedicated customer of FragranceNet.com for approximately 4 years now. Up until now, I haven't encountered too many problems. Although their products are usually of good quality, I must say that their customer service and warehouse staff leave much to be desired. I placed an order for a 3.3 oz bottle of Burberry London women's Eau De Parfum Spray (New Packaging) on January 29th. So, get this, the shipment ended up being delayed by a whole two days. And get this, when I finally opened the package, guess what? They had gone and sent me the wrong product. Can you believe it? They sent me a Calvin Klein perfume that seemed more geared toward teenagers instead of the item I ordered. After trying to sort out the problem over email, it was incredibly frustrating to finally reach a customer representative after almost half an hour.
