Disappointing Service and Poor Quality Coffee at Sultanahmet Four Seasons

We visited Sultanahmet Four Seasons, hoping to enjoy a nice coffee and dessert. Initially, the staff were attentive, and we requested to sit outside. They added us to the waiting list, which was fine since others were ahead of us. However, when it was finally our turn, they gave the spot to people who arrived later, claiming it was because they were taking photos.

This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a supposedly prestigious hotel. It felt like they were selecting customers based on appearance or status. To make matters worse, the dessert was mediocre, and the Americano was shockingly bad—even a basic café would serve a better coffee. I expected much more from this establishment and left completely disappointed.
