ChatGPT Plus Attachment Limit Prevents Image Uploads After Subscription

On 9 October 2026 I purchased a monthly ChatGPT Plus subscription for 20 dollars. One of the main reasons I subscribed was to be able to send pictures, but despite paying for Plus, I immediately encountered a limit warning and could not send any images. Right after subscribing, the system started showing the message “You’re out of attachments for now” and prevented me from adding photos. I paid the full Plus fee the same day, yet I am facing usage limits that make the service I paid for practically unusable for my needs. This situation creates the feeling that I am not receiving the service that was marketed and that I paid for. I request that my Plus subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that the 20 dollars I paid today be fully refunded, since I could not benefit properly from the features, especially image sending. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved promptly so that other users do not experience the same problem.
