Free Fire Matchmaking Error MM9 And Restrictions After 6-Day Ban

I am a Free Fire player on Android and my account was recently banned for 6 days. The ban period ended on Wednesday, but since then I still cannot play or spectate matches properly. When I try to invite a friend, the system shows a message that says I have negative behavior, even though I have not received any previous warnings or penalties. I also get an error on the screen that says: “ERROR – Corresponding player pool not found. Matchmaking failed. (MM9)” and I cannot join matches. My in‑game nickname is “Obassi456”. I love this game and I am very sorry for any unintentional issue that may have caused this situation, but I do not understand why I am still restricted after the 6‑day ban has already ended. I kindly request that my account be checked, the ongoing restriction and matchmaking error be removed if possible, and that I be allowed to play and spectate normally again.
