Through the Boyner online shopping platform, I purchased two items from the seller Forever 21 under order number 4158927565. I returned one of the items, a sweater, within the return period because the size did not fit. The product was completely unused, with its original tags and packaging intact, and I sent it back via shipping.
In my online orders section, it clearly shows that my return package was shipped and successfully delivered to the seller. However, when I check the order details, I see that my return request has been marked as “Return Rejected” without any explanation. At this point, I neither have the product nor have I received a refund.
Today, I contacted Boyner online customer service to report the issue, but I have not received any response yet. I absolutely do not accept the rejection of a timely return for an unused item with tags still attached, especially without any stated reason, and the failure to issue a refund.
For this order handled jointly by Boyner and Forever 21, I demand that the full amount I paid for the returned item be refunded to me as soon as possible, since it was sent back in full compliance with the return conditions.
