Charged Twice for Purchase at Forever 21 – Store Manager Unresponsive

On September 21 at 6:50 PM, I made a purchase at a Forever 21 store, but my payment was declined at checkout, so I was asked to pay again. I showed the staff that my initial payment was pending on my banking app, but they insisted on a second payment. I ended up paying twice for a single item, and I was assured that the pending charge would be refunded. The store manager, Mr. A****, initially provided his phone number and appeared willing to help. However, he has since blocked my calls and stopped responding to my messages.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights. I expect Forever 21 to address this issue immediately and process the refund for the duplicate charge.
