Forever21 Sent Wet Jacket with Lint – Refund Delayed Despite Return

I ordered a jacket from Forever21, and it arrived wet and covered in strange lint. Attempting to return it was a nightmare. The return code provided by Forever21 didn’t work with the shipping company, causing multiple issues before I could finally send it back. Now, even after completing the return, they still haven’t refunded my money.

According to their policy, refunds should be processed within 5 business days, but it has been 9 business days, and I’m still waiting. For the past 4 days, their only response has been “your request is being processed,” while they hold on to my money. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I have never dealt with such poor service from a company. I expect my refund immediately and won’t be shopping here again.
