Negative Experience With Flyone Airline

On 15.05.2026, I booked a Flyone flight 5F-5712 on the route Dublin–Chișinău and back, with the booking reference V562NS. I paid a total of 1,386 euros and received a booking confirmation by email. However, a few hours later part of the amount was returned to my bank account, my reservation was cancelled without any explanation, and I was left without a ticket. So far I have only received 483 euros back, while more than 900 euros have not been refunded. I was not informed of the reason for the cancellation and there was no clear notification from the company apart from the automatic booking messages. For three days I have been trying to contact Flyone to get clarification and to resolve this situation. I have called all the phone numbers listed as customer support, including the one indicated for urgent cases, and I wrote via the chat bot in the app from my account as well as directly from my email address to the Flyone support email. I have not received any meaningful response, only the standard automated message that my request has been received. There is no real feedback from the company. This situation is extremely urgent for me. I must fly exactly on the specified dates, because they are tied to my approved vacation, and I am travelling for a very important and time‑sensitive matter. At the same time I cannot even buy new tickets, because Flyone has not returned more than 900 euros from the original payment. I ask Flyone either to reinstate my reservation on the same flight and dates or to refund the full amount I paid as quickly as possible, and to finally provide a clear explanation and proper feedback regarding the cancellation and partial refund.
