On March 23, 2026, during my Pegasus Airlines flight from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Zurich (ZRH) under booking reference 1T7BPQ, I was unfairly charged for baggage at the gate despite having unused baggage allowance included in my ticket.
My ticket clearly included 20 kg of checked baggage, a 10 kg cabin bag, and a 4 kg personal item. I did not check in any baggage under my 20 kg allowance. However, at gate 305A, the staff refused to allow my carry-on bag to be processed under this allowance and instead charged me an additional €50.
This resulted in an unnecessary financial loss and was inconsistent with the baggage rights stated on my ticket.
I request a full refund of the €50 baggage fee charged at the gate and ask that this incident be reviewed to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
