Flynas Lost My Luggage and Has Not Returned It After Three Days
On April 3, 2026, I traveled on a Flynas itinerary from Jeddah to Hatay via Riyadh. Upon arrival, I discovered that my checked suitcase had not arrived with me and was missing.
I immediately reported the issue at the airport and completed all required procedures. A baggage claim file was created under reference number HTYXY16431.
Despite filing the report promptly and following the proper process, approximately three days have now passed and my luggage has still not been delivered to me. During this time, I have not received any clear information regarding the location of my suitcase, any estimated delivery timeline, or any meaningful update on the status of my claim.
The missing suitcase contains several personal belongings with significant value, including tea products, shoes, toys, and perfume. These items are important to me both financially and personally, and their continued absence is causing considerable inconvenience.
As a passenger, I entrusted my baggage to Flynas for transportation and expected it to arrive safely at my final destination. The fact that my luggage remains missing several days later, without a clear explanation or resolution, is extremely disappointing.
I respectfully request that Flynas urgently locate my missing suitcase and arrange for its delivery to me as soon as possible. If the baggage cannot be recovered, or if any of the contents are lost or damaged, I request that the appropriate compensation process be initiated without delay in accordance with applicable baggage liability regulations and passenger rights.
I also request a written update regarding the status of baggage claim reference HTYXY16431 and a clear explanation of the steps being taken to resolve this matter.
I look forward to a prompt resolution and the safe return of my belongings.
