Flynas Damaged Three of My Four Suitcases and Has Not Resolved My Claim

On February 9, 2026, my family and I traveled on a Flynas flight returning from Makkah to Istanbul. After arriving and collecting our luggage, we discovered that three out of our four checked suitcases had been damaged.
Although I cannot determine whether the damage occurred during loading, unloading, or transportation, the suitcases were significantly damaged and are no longer usable in their current condition.
Immediately after noticing the damage, we reported the issue to the relevant authorities at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. An inspection was carried out, photographs of the damaged luggage were taken, and we were provided with documentation related to the incident. A baggage damage report was officially created under reference number SAXY16221/09FEB26/2217GMT.
Airport staff informed us that we should contact Flynas by email at [email protected]. We followed these instructions and initially received a response. However, when we attempted to continue the communication and provide further information, we received a notification indicating that the email address was no longer accepting messages or could not be reached.
Seeking assistance, I later contacted Flynas representatives at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Unfortunately, I was told that there was nothing they could do regarding the matter. As a result, my family and I have been left with three damaged suitcases and no meaningful assistance, compensation, or clear guidance on how to resolve the issue.
This situation has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. We properly reported the damage immediately upon arrival, followed the instructions given to us, submitted the required information, and attempted to communicate through the channels provided by Flynas. Despite these efforts, no satisfactory resolution has been offered.
I respectfully request reimbursement for the value of the three damaged suitcases or appropriate compensation for the damage caused while the luggage was under the airline's responsibility. I also request a clear written response explaining the status of my claim and the steps that will be taken to resolve this matter.
I expect Flynas to review report number SAXY16221/09FEB26/2217GMT and provide a prompt and fair resolution without further delay.
