Fly Dubai Cancellation Request - No Response And Refund

I booked a FlyDubai flight from Almaty to Dubai on 11 April under the booking reference TKYOYD, with a total ticket cost of 1,700 USD. Due to the ongoing war situation, I decided to cancel my trip and contacted FlyDubai to request cancellation and to understand what options are available in these extraordinary circumstances. I first tried to reach customer service by phone on 2 March 2026 and again on 3 March 2026, and I also submitted the online customer service form twice, including on 5 March 2026. Despite these repeated attempts over the course of a week, I have not received any response from FlyDubai. When I try to cancel the ticket online, the system shows a very high penalty, without giving me any clear explanation or alternative options considering the war-related conditions. I kindly request that FlyDubai review my case, clearly inform me of all options available to me due to these circumstances, and, if possible, provide a refund without excessive penalties. At the very least, I expect a clear and timely response from customer service so that this issue can be resolved fairly.
