I Didn't Receive My Flixbus Tickets. Urgent Request for Tickets or Refund
I purchased two tickets from Flixbus, and the money was deducted from my account, but I never received the tickets via email. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and they keep creating tickets, but no one ever follows up. I’m still waiting.
I urgently need my tickets for the Flixbus trip from Vienna to Budapest on July 2, 2024, at 18:45 to be sent to y**********@hotmail.com. If that’s not possible, I request a refund.
