FlixBus Charged Me $37.95 Without Issuing a Ticket for My Budapest–Vienna Search

On March 17, I was browsing FlixBus to check tickets from Budapest to Vienna. I didn’t complete a purchase, yet $37.95 was withdrawn from my bank account. I never received a ticket confirmation, booking reference, or any email—nothing.
I tried reaching customer support, but it’s nearly impossible. Every number or platform I tried either redirects me or says they don’t deal with FlixBus issues. I even sent an email, but no one has responded. For a company this large, it’s shocking that FlixBus doesn’t have any proper customer service line in Turkey.
