Fitwell App Won’t Let Me Log In for a Month Despite Paying
I have been using the Fitwell app, but for the past month, I have been unable to log in. No matter what I try—reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, or updating my device—the issue remains.
I am paying for this service, yet I cannot access what I paid for. This is completely unacceptable. A fitness app should provide seamless access, especially for paying subscribers.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue or a refund for the time I’ve been unable to use the app. Fitwell must fix this login problem and ensure that customers receive the service they are paying for! I expect a response as soon as possible!
