Fitwell App Not Working – Keeps Saying “Internet Maintenance,” Still Charging Me
The Fitwell app has not been working at all. Every time I try to use it, I get an “Internet Maintenance” error, even though my internet is perfectly fine. After checking online, I see that many other users are reporting the same issue, so this is clearly a problem on Fitwell’s end.
Despite this, Fitwell is still charging my subscription while offering no access to the service. I have tried contacting support, but there has been no response whatsoever.
Fitwell, refund my money immediately! I am paying for a service that does not work, and I expect a resolution or a full refund for the time I haven’t been able to use the app. Fix this now!
