Fitwell App Not Working – Keeps Showing No Internet or Maintenance Errors

The Fitwell app has completely stopped working! Every time I try to open it, I get an error saying "No internet connection" or that the app is under maintenance. However, my internet is working fine, and I see that many other users are complaining about the same issue.
I paid for a membership, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and there has been no response from customer support. If the app is not functional, users should either receive a fix or a refund.
I demand an immediate resolution or a full refund for the time lost due to this issue. This is completely unacceptable!
