I Got Charged ₺239 Monthly by FitMe Without Consent Through Vodafone Mobile Payment
I recently noticed a ₺239 charge on my Vodafone bill for a FitMe subscription that I never approved, requested, or even knew existed. I received a message saying I could activate the FitMe service by entering a one-time password on their website, with the subscription fee being ₺239 per month including taxes. However, I never clicked on any link, never visited the page, and absolutely did not confirm any subscription.
Despite not taking any action, I was subscribed to this service, and the fee was silently added to my mobile bill through Vodafone's mobile payment system. This is a serious violation of consumer trust and digital rights. How can a company activate and charge for a subscription without clear and explicit user consent?
I demand that this unauthorized FitMe subscription be canceled immediately and the full amount refunded. I also expect Vodafone to ensure that no future charges occur without my direct and informed approval. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to take legal action to protect my rights.
