FitMe Charged $7 Plus Extra Fee via Vodafone Bill Without My Approval

September 15, 2025 11:29 AM143

On August 31, 2025, at 12:37 p.m., a ₺239 ($7) subscription fee for the FitMe app was charged to my Vodafone postpaid line after I accidentally clicked on something. The type of plan was not specified, and an additional ₺24.9 ($1) was also deducted as a “Charge to Bill” service fee. I only received a notification message from Vodafone after the charge — there was no confirmation message, no disclosure of fees, and no prior consent for any subscription.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I never approved any subscription. I haven’t yet contacted Vodafone Pay or FitMe customer service, but I do have a screenshot of the Vodafone message confirming the charge, which I can share if needed.

I request a full refund of the total amount charged through my Vodafone line and ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible to prevent further inconvenience.
