I Got Charged by FitMe After Unwanted Download and Demand a Full Refund
I was trying to download a simple QR code scanner when, without my intention, the FitMe app got installed on my phone. I had no idea what this app even was until I saw an unexpected charge on my latest mobile bill. I never signed up, never consented to a membership, and certainly didn’t approve any payment. If I hadn’t checked my current bill, I wouldn’t have even known that money had been taken from me.
This kind of unauthorized subscription is completely unacceptable. I don’t know what FitMe offers, and I never asked for it. There was no verification step, no confirmation screen—just a silent deduction.
I demand immediate cancellation of this unwanted membership and a full refund of the amount charged. FitMe should not be allowed to enroll users without explicit approval. I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that no future charges will occur.
