Urgent Safety & Property Damage Complaint: Fissler Vitaquick Explosion

I am filing this complaint regarding a serious safety issue I experienced with a Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker set and the lack of support from the seller A101 in Turkey. Trusting the Fissler brand, I purchased a Fissler Vitaquick Pressure Cooker Set (4.5 L + 2.5 L, Product Code: 26052572) on November 28, 2025, from the online store of A101, under order number 3125112845301589. After about three months of normal use, on May 20, 2026, in the afternoon between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, a severe and dangerous incident occurred. While I was cooking at my home in Cankaya, Ankara, the pressure cooker suddenly and violently exploded. The cooker threw itself onto the kitchen floor, the body and lid were completely damaged, and the explosion shattered the glass of my kitchen extractor hood. This event created an extremely serious risk to my life and safety. Following the explosion, I first contacted Fissler Customer Service in Turkey and was told to reach out to the seller A101. On May 21, I called the A101 customer support line, explained in detail that the pressure cooker had exploded and caused property damage, and they created a complaint record, promising to get back to me. Despite this promise, as of June 3 I have not received any response by phone or email from A101, and my situation has been completely ignored. The product is still under warranty and I have the original invoice. I am deeply disappointed that a product from a globally respected brand like Fissler could explode in this way, and that the seller A101 has shown complete indifference after such a dangerous incident and the damage to my property. Due to the serious safety risk and the material damage caused, I request an immediate one-to-one replacement of the exploded Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker set under warranty, and full financial compensation for the cost of the shattered extractor hood glass that was broken in the explosion. I also expect an urgent and serious investigation into this safety issue and for the relevant parties to contact me as soon as possible regarding the replacement of the product and compensation for the damage.
