Fissler Pressure Cooker Warranty Repair Fee


I have been using a Fissler pressure cooker for about one year, and recently it stopped building pressure properly. Since the warranty is still active, I delivered the product to the authorized service on 3 March 2026 via the Istanbul, Turkey branch GALERİ KRİSTAL BEŞİKTAŞ/İST. Despite this, I did not receive any information for about a month after handing over the cooker. I had to ask several times about the status, and only then did they respond, stating that I had to pay ₺2,000 for the repair, even though the product is still under warranty. I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay for a repair while the warranty is valid and that I was left waiting so long without any update. I request that my Fissler pressure cooker be repaired free of charge under the warranty and that the demand for the money be cancelled.
I left my Fissler pot at the service center under warranty, but I received no information for a month and was then asked to pay a repair fee of ₺2000. I am requesting a free repair and find the service very poor.
