Fissler Vitaquick 6L Lid Gasket Unavailable For Months

I purchased a Fissler Vitaquick 6L pressure cooker in Türkiye and I have been trying to buy a replacement lid gasket for more than two months. During this period, I have constantly seen that the gasket is not available for sale anywhere. I was informed by the points of sale that the product is not in stock. The fact that such a basic and essential spare part cannot be supplied by the distributor for this long has caused a clear grievance, because I cannot use the pressure cooker safely without this gasket. In addition, the lack of control by the global company over such a basic after-sales process has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I request that this fundamental spare part for the Fissler Vitaquick 6L pressure cooker be urgently supplied and made available for purchase in Türkiye, and that the global company make a clear statement about why this problem has occurred and what measures will be taken to prevent it in the future.
