Findandloc Unauthorized Subscription - I Want Refund
On 17/12/2025, an amount of 374 rand was taken from my Mastercard for a subscription to Findandloc, even though I did not subscribe to or authorize this service. I only noticed the charge after it appeared on my account, and I have no connection with this subscription. As soon as I realized this, I contacted my bank and they informed me that they would open a case regarding this unauthorized transaction. However, I also want to directly inform you as the service provider and request that this issue be resolved from your side. I request that the unauthorized subscription associated with my details be completely cancelled and that the full amount of 374 rand be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask that you confirm in writing that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
