On June 15, 2025, I used the Findandloc app, thinking I was only agreeing to a ₺30 trial fee. There was no clear notice of any other charges. However, on June 16 at around 7:00 p.m., my credit card was charged ₺599 without my knowledge or consent.
How is this even legal? How can money be taken from my card without any approval or clear authorization? If this is possible, does that mean anyone's card can be charged at any time without their permission?
Even more suspicious is the fact that the charge didn’t happen on the day I used the app (June 15), but was instead delayed until the next day. Why? There was no transparency, no warning, and no approval from me.
This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and it’s completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺599 taken from my account without consent. I am also filing an official criminal complaint, as this charge was unauthorized and unlawful.
Findandloc, return my money immediately. You have no right to charge users without their clear permission. This issue must be resolved urgently.
