Findandloc Unauthorized Subscription Charged Without Consent

I recently discovered that I appear to have a subscription linked to an application called “Findandloc,” based on transactions shown in my VakıfBank account activity. On March 29, 2026, $1 was charged from my account, and on March 30, 2026, another charge of $19 was made, both currently appearing as pending transactions.
However, I have absolutely no idea how or when I subscribed to this service. The application is not even installed on my phone, and I do not recall ever giving any clear consent or authorization for such a subscription. Despite having both the payment receipts and my bank statement, I cannot find any panel, in-app setting, or accessible contact channel to cancel this subscription.
This situation is causing both financial and emotional distress, as it is extremely concerning to see money being deducted from my account without my knowledge or approval. I request that the subscription associated with “Findandloc” be immediately and permanently canceled.
Additionally, I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charges of $1 and $19 without any delay. I also expect that all permissions or authorizations linked to Findandloc on my account be fully revoked to prevent any future unauthorized transactions.
