I used the Findandloc application approximately 2–3 months ago on my iPhone only once for trial purposes. However, I later noticed that on December 31, 2025, an unauthorized charge of $17 was withdrawn from my Kuveyt Türk bank account without my knowledge or consent.
I do not believe that I ever agreed to a recurring subscription on this app. I used it only as a trial and was not informed that any membership would be activated or that any payment would be charged afterward. This transaction was carried out entirely without my authorization or approval. I have not yet contacted either Findandloc or my bank regarding this matter.
I request that any membership associated with my account be canceled immediately, if one exists, and that the $17 withdrawn without my consent be refunded to my Kuveyt Türk bank account as soon as possible.
