Findandloc Charges Bank Account Without User Authorization

I recently discovered that I was registered on a platform called Findandloc without my knowledge, and that approximately $17 has been withdrawn from my account over the past two months. The first payment appears to have been made in December, and the second payment was made on January 3 through my Ziraat Katılım Bank account. I do not know how or when this membership was initiated, and I did not provide any approval, agreement, or consent.

I have been unable to find any customer service phone number or contact information for the platform. The only records I have are the payment receipts provided by my bank. Despite this, I do not accept that recurring charges were taken without any notification or authorization.

I demand that my membership on Findandloc be canceled immediately and that all amounts withdrawn from my Ziraat Katılım Bank account without my knowledge or consent be fully refunded. I request an urgent response regarding this matter in my name, Abdullah B******.
