I discovered that I was signed up for a platform called Findandloc without my knowledge, and for the last two months about $14 was taken from my account each month (first charge on October 10, second on November 10). I have no idea how this membership started, and I never gave consent. I also couldn’t find any phone number or contact information for the platform’s customer service. I only have my payment receipt.
I request that my membership be canceled immediately and that all amounts withdrawn be refunded to me (total about $28). I expect an urgent response regarding this issue.
